Boostan Real Estate Office

This interior renovation project for Boostan Real Estate faced three core challenges: an extremely limited timeframe for delivering the concept and construction documents; the project’s interface with the street and its public perception; and redefining the spatial program and narrative of an outdated commercial layout.

Following a comprehensive site analysis and evaluation of employee workflows and client behavior, the spatial concept was developed around four primary zones.

The first zone is a reception and informal meeting area, designed to evoke calm, trust, and organizational clarity at the very first encounter.

The second zone serves as the working area for approximately 45 permanent and temporary agents, requiring not only spatial efficiency but also environmental quality for focus and interaction.
The third zone includes two formal conference rooms dedicated to contract signing and private meetings.
The fourth zone introduces a forward-looking VR experience area, where clients can explore properties using virtual reality headsets.

Zones one and two are located on the ground floor, while zones three and four are positioned on the upper level, ensuring clear spatial hierarchy and separation of functions.

The double-height entrance framed by filtered natural light and a living tree at its core acts as the project’s spatial and symbolic anchor.

A monochromatic white palette was chosen not only to neutralize the interior atmosphere but also to serve as a silent backdrop for events, branding, and the building’s vibrant context. The white surfaces establish a visual dialogue with the colorful, visually chaotic surrounding neighborhood, reinforcing the project’s distinct presence on the street.

Linear, embedded lighting highlights the geometry of walls and ceiling planes, lending lightness and depth to the space while avoiding visual clutter.

All furnishings were custom-designed to support the functions of their respective zones. The reception and conference tables crafted from suspended wooden slabs on transparent glass supports symbolize the juxtaposition of warmth and transparency. In the customer-agent meeting area, soft, neutral-toned sofas offer comfort and encourage dialogue through their gentle geometry and tactile finish.

This project represents a thoughtful reinterpretation of a real estate office: a contemporary, experience-oriented space that prioritizes interaction, identity, and design clarity beyond pure functionality.
